Konboot is a very simple USB boot tool to operate and will work on Windows and OS X (depending on which version you purchase). Simply plug into your target computer, boot off your USB, and login.

Konboot won't tell you what user password is, however it will blank it for that one session. After you log out, the user password will be required to login again.
